Dog Day at Huntington Beach Dog Park

As dog lovers, we take our dogs with us…sometimes like they are our kids. My husband, daughter and I took our young lab puppy to the beach for the first time. We had so much fun. We got to see a lot of different breeds of dogs and watch them play in the waves sometimes with their owners and sometimes not.

and sometimes they wanted to play with Bellaand sometimes they wanted to say hello like this 140 pound French Mastiff..This funny dog is a Labradoodle I think …
We had a great day! The sunshine was just perfect, not too hot not too cold. Just a perfect day with my family!

Happy 1st Birthday Maverick!

This was the weekend Maverick turned 1 year old! He had a great time on the grass in the sunshine! Mom and big sister were there to enjoy the moment. Some time has passed since this photo session in March and Maverick is now going to be a big BROTHER! A BIG BROTHER to not just 1, but 2 babies! Yes mom will be delivering twins in December of this year! Congratulations to the Miko family!!

Hello World!

Welcome to Nancy Smith Photography’s blog.  I’m a photographer in California and I love everything outdoors!  My family is top priority in my life.  I am a wife, a mother, a daughter and a sister.

I love animals, beautiful flowers, beautiful scenery, mountains, beaches.  I love to use my camera to capture those images that will last a lifetime. My goal is to capture images that make you smile.  Those images are the ones that will stay with you forever.  That’s what photography is all about right?  I want to record those moments that you can look back on and be proud of.

I like to have fun! When you decide to book a photography session with me I will try to make it as fun as I can. I want to capture the most real life smiles and facial expressions and the only way to accomplish this is to have fun.  So when we meet lets laugh, tell jokes, be happy and just have fun!
